When searching for an individual, please search by last name only; when searching for a company please search by the short name for best results. For example, “Plaza” rather than “Plaza Home Mortgage.”

Name variations and input errors by the user may result in a no match for the individual or company. It is the user's responsibility to ensure all name variations are validated and input is accurate.

This function checks Plaza's exclusionary list(s) for appraisers, originators, and settlement/title companies.

This list and its contents are Plaza Home Mortgage, Inc.'s confidential and proprietary material, intended only for the use of correspondent sellers active with Plaza Home Mortgage, Inc., for the sole purpose of determining the eligibility of loans for sale to Plaza Home Mortgage, Inc. Disclosure of this information to unauthorized parties is a breach of the Plaza Home Mortgage, Inc. Seller Guide and is strictly prohibited.
