Key Eligibility Criteria for Manufactured Homes:

  • HUD Certificate Label and Data Plate (affixed to home, if not, an IBTS report is required)
  • Property must be built on or after June 15, 1976
  • Property must be classified as real estate
  • Includes typical hazard insurance, Master Policy and Individual Liability Insurance
  • The borrower must own the land their home is attached to
  • Structural Engineer report is required (recommended to order during underwriting)
  • If the complex has a condo distinction, it must be FHA Approved
    • Plaza can provide a DELRAP approval if it meets FHA guidelines
