The Broker-Correspondent Approval Specialist
is responsible for the approval and maintenance of Plaza Home Mortgage, Inc.
customer accounts, according to Plaza’s criteria and standards and other
applicable state and federal regulations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
broker and correspondent applications and annual recertification’s
VA & HUD regulations and apply that understanding to account maintenance
account passwords and interact with vendors for password setups
Plaza programs (ex. – PULSE, DataTrac) and troubleshoot account related issues
as they arise
with branch staff, sales staff, and management to keep account approvals
current and in good standing
with Plaza customers, providing the information and service they need to help
them do business with Plaza
broker compensation settings
available tools and evaluate available information to reduce Plaza risk
pace with industry changes and adapt to new policies and procedures ensuring
compliance in how we do business
knowledge of state licensing regulations and requirements
